Mangrove Advisory Group provides development and construction management to its clients.

Development Management

- Develop financial models to test the viability of the project.

- Assist in the selection and negotiation of the Architecture and Engineering services.

- Manage the Architecture and Engineering Professionals:
  • Assist in the design and development of the Working Drawings
  • Assist in developing project cost analysis during the design phase.
- Develop Project Schedule.

- Develop Project Costs.
Construction Management

- Completion of contract documents beginning with the permitting process.

- Developing comprehensive contractor bid documents.

- Negotiating a contract with the successful contractor.

- Developing and approving progress payments during the Construction process,

-Managing the contractor through the Certificate of Occupancy.
