Mission Statement

"We are strategic advisors assisting lenders, venture partners, developers and acquirers of residential and commercial real estate assets to gain a distinct competitive advantage in the marketplace through comprehensive counseling and transactional real estate advisory services."


Mr. Beauchamp has been active in a broad array of real estate disciplines ranging from consulting, brokerage, finance and property ownership over the past 30 years.

He has served as an advisor to clients pursuing real estate assets valued in the billions, brokered over $200 million dollars worth of real estate, financed hundreds of millions of dollars worth of commercial loans, and structured more than $1.2 billion in commercial and mixed-use development/acquisition real estate joint ventures. Mr. Beauchamp was also an executive officer in the general partnership interest of 22 office and retail properties located within Florida. Currently, he is the president of Mangrove Advisory Group, providing real estate consulting and transactional services to private, corporate and institutional clients.


He has worked with corporate America, Wall Street, institutional lenders, pension funds, foundations, the World Bank, foreign entities, developers, family offices, REITs, and high net worth private investors within 25 states and 9 countries.

He has been an executive officer of companies where shareholders included: Marsh & McLennan Companies, Lehman Brothers, AEGON USA, Hillier Parker May & Rowden (United Kingdom), Baring Brothers & Company, Ltd., (Europe), Knight Frank (Europe), Les Societes Bourdais (France), Warburg Pincus, Archon Group, Fuller Peiser (Australia), and Horwath International (Worldwide).


Mangrove Advisory Group, LLC - Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Steven Beauchamp is President of Mangrove Advisory Group which provides consulting, transactional and advisory services to its private, corporate, and institutional clients. Consulting services include tax appeal, litigation support, market studies and feasibility analyses, due diligence, expert witness, and litigation support. Transaction advisory services include arranging for financing, acquisitions and sales of real estate and privately held companies.


Cypress Creek Capital, Inc. - Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Executive Vice President and co-founder of a company providing real estate investment banking and capital market services, a wholly owned subsidiary of a pubic company. His day-to-day duties involved management and profit and loss responsibility of the real estate investment banking division from its initial launch to a fully operational business involving equity and debt placements for commercial real estate acquisitions and development projects. He also participated in the successful launch of three other operating businesses that were: the CCC Property Acquisition Program; the CCC Land Acquisition Program; and the CCC Bridge Loan Program.


Landauer Capital Markets Group - Boca Raton, Florida

Steven Beauchamp co-founded the real estate investment banking and capital markets division of Landauer Associates (a 55-year old nationally renowned real estate advisory and consulting firm) which was owned by AEGON USA and later owned by Grubb & Ellis Company. Mr. Beauchamp had complete profit and loss responsibility for this division and provided its financial services to institutions, corporations, foundations, privately-held companies, foreign entities, and high net-worth families seeking recapitalization, joint venture partners, and/or debt financing.


Landauer Associates, Inc. - Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Steven Beauchamp was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Florida office of Landauer Associates, Inc., with corporate profit and loss responsibility and reported directly to the president of this national real estate company with oversight of a staff performing engagements for local, regional, and national clients. Mr. Beauchamp served in a multi-disciplined role which included being an advisor, consultant, mortgage broker, real estate broker, asset manager, and real estate appraiser to his clients. His duties included supervising and preparing market studies and appraisals of commercial property valued in excess of $15 billion during his tenure and participating in the structuring of joint ventures and sales of real estate.


Prior to Landauer, Mr. Beauchamp worked for three major financial institutions in Michigan and Florida in a variety of capacities within the real estate department.


Mr. Beauchamp holds a BA in Economics from Albion College in Michigan and is a member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon International Economics Honor Society. He also holds memberships in the American Society of Real Estate Counselors (CRE), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Appraisal Institute (MAI), and he is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
